Will this kit fit the Braille 11lbs. battery? I have this battery and do not want to do any trimming. If it fits effectively, I will buy...(money in hand)

The battery tray is 7 1/8" I.D. (Length) x 3 1/16" I.D. (Width). The UBC battery is 7"L x 2 15/16" W x 6 9/16"H.
See photos below:
Check the "battery top". The bracket brace is 2 5/8" wide.

Hope this helps out. If you need more info do not hesitate to contact me or post again. |

| How tall are the studs on each side? Actually how tall is that battery you modeled the product after? |

The battery is 6 9/16" tall. The posts on the side can be easily modified / shortened. The threads run approximately 3/4" deep (both sides)for the studs, so there is plenty of room for modification.
I did Google the Brallie battery this morning for specifications. If this description is accurate then the Brallie battery will NOT work. Mainly because of it's width coming in at 3.3". The tray itself is 3.125"wide.
Here is a link to some of the specifications I've found :
http://mastrowrx.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=244
If you really have interest in the tray assembly let me know. I will be running a new batch as well as developing 1 or 2 more trays. If the dimensions I have are accurate and you confirm them. It will be no problem to make a couple specifically for the Brallie.
Conditions to make this happen :
* Call me direct line (310) 408-2767.
* Payment must be received before development begins.
* All dimensions must be confirmed.
* Specify color desired.
* You will have to be understanding of the time frame. Meaning that I will agree to this BUT I will have to schedule it around our production time tables.
Again if you want a "custom tray" give me a call and we'll try to work something out.
Thanks!

Sorry for the delay in response, just got my new internet up tonite! Anyway regarding the Braille Tray. The fitment went well but I've got one last fitment scheduled for this weekend or latest Monday.
I will post pix up for you with the Braille installed with the "raw unfinished aluminum" by early next week.
The last thing after that will be polishing / anodizing. |

Spoke to the polishers this morning and they will be calling me back with final pricing shorty (so they say).
Once quotation is received I will be able to give you a final price!
